(referred to as Tianchen Company) that recently, Tianchen Company's new process of high-efficiency green hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide (HPPO) with independent intellectual property rights, and the design of Jincheng Petrochemical 300,000 tons/year The trial production of propylene oxide and supporting 900,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide combined plant was successfully launched.
According to reports, the first domestic Jincheng Petrochemical 300,000 tons/year HPPO unit using independent technology was successfully launched, marking the direct oxidation propane production process independently developed by Tianchen Company. The design production capacity of single-line propane oxide has increased from 100,000 tons/year to 300,000 tons/year, and has changed from an industry follower to an industry leader on a global scale, and industrial production has entered a new stage.
Since 2010, the HPPO R & D project team of Tianchen Company has started to tackle key problems from the core catalysts and key equipment. After several links such as small test, pilot test, optimization of reaction conditions, and industrial design, it has successfully developed a full-process HPPO propylene peroxide direct oxidation propylene oxide production process with independent intellectual property rights. Compared with the traditional chlorohydrin method, the new process can reduce propylene consumption by 1.5%, wastewater production by more than 98%, and waste residue emissions by more than 80%. If Tianchen Company accumulates 1.15 million tons of propylene oxide production capacity, it can promote the propylene oxide industry to reduce waste residue emission by about 3 million tons/year and wastewater emission reduction by 55 million tons/year, which is equivalent to reducing emissions by 4 Hangzhou West Lakes every year. The water volume of the lake truly realizes green production, energy saving and emission reduction from the reaction essence.
